SHELTER SEARCH

Our SHELTER FUND is growing,

but we have a long way to go!

Shelter Search
The SPIN shelter search committee has been working with Kerry Davidson, realtor with Coldwell Banker, to identify properties on the market that match our criteria for shelter prospects. With $150,000 in our shelter fund, we still have a ways to go before attaining our $400,000 goal. The Board has made an initial offer on a property and are waiting for our offer to be accepted. We are keeping fingers crossed while negotiations are underway.

We also were pleased to learn that Phil Quatrale, Esquire of 26 Walnut Street in Natick has offered to represent SPIN to review contracts and closing documents when we are ready to move.

Funding
